The Woodcliffe Association does not request a fix yearly dues payment, however, expenses are incurred in maintaining the association. Therefore, it is requested of each household a yearly monetary donation.  Every donation dollar spent will further the needs of the association.  Some of the ways your donation dollars will work to benefit our neighborhood are:

• Mailings, P.O. Box

• Neighborhood website

• Events: yard sales, block parties (reduce resident's cost)

• Neighborhood beautification (cleanup supplies, volunteer snacks/lunches, YOM program, signage)

• Neighbor greeting by welcoming committee with a gift basket and written information about the neighborhood

• 501c (3) certification
